this is interesting. Where a physical model all in white has puch, it is a bit lost in digital. try this again making your building either a different tone than the adjacent city or completely photorealistic...
I really want to see the landscape in 3d - what did you take from your walk through Brooklyn Bridge Park? I also think you need to rethink the bridge to nowhere that does not connect to anything in your design.
